Thank you all for making us feel wanted and cared for. The spa receptionist was an absolute gem as well. Big thank yous to Alexus and Kaylei for coming into the spa early to accommodate us. Seriously so thankful for this girl, she’s the reason we will be back and will recommend this hotel to friends and family. (Shout out to the spa as well for being extremely kind and helpful to make a 9 month pregnant lady happy) Karabo also spoke with her manager to upgrade our room since it was such a dreary day and the beach was out of the question.
She not only gave recommendations for nail salons and spas, she called us and coordinated with the spa to where two techs would come in early the next day to accommodate us. We went to the front desk to see if there was anything that we could do or if there was another spa recommendation. Unfortunately, we had a mix up with the spa and they only made one reservation for us instead of two. Upon arriving, the hotel is beautifully kept, makes you feel like you’re not in Daytona.
